Kasta Morrely Organization developed the EUROPEAN PROJECT „Creative Entrepreneurship-Successful Career for Youth” funded by the European Union through Erasmus+ Programme The project addressed the European Commission priorities in the youth field: improving competences of professional profile, raising initiative and entrepreneurship, professional development and career development, raising active participation. The central activity was the European training "Creative Entrepreneurship - Successful Career for Youth" that took place between 18-28 November 2014 in Iasi-Romania with participation of youth workers and leaders from Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Slovenia, Poland, Macedonia, Portugal. cooperations.
Within the project participants were involved in realization of the International public event for promotion of creative entrepreneurship among youth - Creative Industries Awards Gala developed on 26 november 2014 at the Atheneum in Iasi. Within the international event of recognizing the authenthic values in creative industries, Creative Industries Awards Gala, the representatives of the 8 partner states were awarded for international involvement in the promotion of creative industries, receiving Diplomas offered by Iasi City Vice-mayor mr. Mihai Chirica. The training included sessions regarding creative entrepreneurship, creative industries, developing a successful career, business development, youth unemployment, identifying solutions through creative industries for problems within participant communities. Participants were trained through non-formal methods such as: quiz, team exercises, work-shops, intercultural evening, TV shows, brainstorming, interactive presentations, study visits, SWOT analises, public intercultural event.
