(Training Course)

About the project
Digital Entrepreneurship and Inclusion Programme (DEIP); AIMS to increase the knowledge, awareness and skills of youth workers and non governmental organisations with a focus on social cohesion, to create a sustainable, reliable network that responds to digital transformation needs and to ensure permanent cooperation by bringing together organisations that are motivated to work together from the program countries.
The OBJECTIVES of the projects are:
- Developing the capacities of youth workers on social inclusion, participation, inclusion and diversity under the theme of social cohesion
- Experiencing the process of developing and managing projects in cooperation by taking into account the local differences
- Establishing a sustainable social cohesion network that will have an impact on the international level and respond to the needs of digital transformation to raise awareness on social cohesion through local and national events and projects
- Contributing the policy development response on social cohesion with advocacy strategies that the project partners will develop
To achieve the overall aim and objectives of the project, we successfully implemented several key activities. A tailor-made online learning process was carried out before, during, and after the learning mobility, ensuring continuous engagement and skill development. The learning mobility for youth workers took place with a strong focus on curriculum and project development, bringing together 28 youth workers from 7 project countries. Throughout the mobility, social cohesion workshops were conducted with the support of each partner, fostering meaningful discussions on inclusion and diversity. Additionally, during and after the mobility, we developed and implemented four youth exchange projects and four ESC30 projects, further strengthening the impact of the initiative.
As a result of the activities implemented, youth workers successfully engaged in Social Cohesion Workshops, where they received a workshop guide covering methodologies, project implementation, and social inclusion strategies. Through online sessions and hands-on simulations during mobility, they refined these workshops and later implemented them at the local level. Each partner conducted at least two workshops with 20 young people, addressing social inclusion, refugee rights, diversity, and intercultural dialogue.
To strengthen project development and implementation skills, youth workers collaborated in teams and successfully designed four youth exchanges and four solidarity projects focused on social cohesion. Each project partner also participated in at least two youth exchange projects, ensuring long-term continuity and collaboration.
In the field of youth policies and advocacy, youth workers took part in policy-making discussions, analyzed local needs, and developed policy recommendation documents. Each partner organized one policy development meeting with 20 youth participants, sharing outcomes with public institutions and relevant stakeholders.
For project dissemination, each partner hosted one local meeting with 20 NGOs, increasing project visibility and encouraging similar initiatives.
Overall, this project successfully enhanced youth workers’ capacity in project development, advocacy, and leadership, fostering sustainable social impact in their local communities.
