Overview

Youth Work Coaching - A step nearer to social inclusion

A seminar for youth workers, coordinated by TDM 2000, that brought participants from Italy, Portugal, Romania, Turkey, Serbia and other European countries together to explore coaching as a tool for social inclusion. Participants deepened their understanding of coaching and how it supports young people, becoming more aware of their role in including marginalised youth. Exchanging practices and techniques, they strengthened teamwork, communication and project-management skills and raised the quality of their everyday youth work.
