Connect
This training course brought together participants from Poland, Lithuania, Italy, Malta, Hungary, Romania, Portugal and the Netherlands to build personal, communication and interpersonal skills for youth work. Participants tried out tools and methods they were expected to reuse with young people back home, and the project set out to generate local actions in each country and new international initiatives focused on personal development, strengthening competences useful for their organisations and employability.
