Debate it!

A youth exchange that brought together young people from Spain, Portugal, Germany, Hungary, Turkey and Ukraine to explore hate speech and freedom of expression. Its heart was a debate strand in which participants developed argumentation and counter-argumentation skills and good practices for public speaking, using everyday examples so they could handle real-life debate situations. The exchange also allowed participants to learn about one another's countries, with particular interest in the situation in Ukraine.
