Edu-Action for Equality: a transnational project against gender-based violence

A training course for youth workers dedicated to combating gender-based violence, bringing together participants from Italy, Lebanon, Tunisia, Germany, Algeria and Portugal. Working on the premise that gender discrimination is systemic yet can be tackled through targeted education, participants used non-formal methods such as workshops, simulations and role play. It produced a database on gender inequality and violence, policy recommendations on international cooperation, and video interviews and a fanzine, strengthening transnational cooperation for gender equality.
