Intercultural Volunteering for All — 2024
A European Solidarity Corps group-volunteering activity in Barcelos (23 April – 7 May 2024) bringing together 20 volunteers from Latvia, Spain, France and Portugal.
The team supported the logistical organisation of the 25 April democracy commemorations — including the parachute jumps coordinated by the Vale d'Este Parachute Association — and helped prepare the Festa das Cruzes, the city's traditional pilgrimage, gaining insight into Portuguese history and civic spirit.
