Senior Courses Up!
Senior Courses Up! is an Erasmus+ KA2 project addressing digital exclusion among older adults and disadvantaged populations — a need accelerated by the pandemic.
It brings together partners from Poland, Portugal, Romania and Bulgaria to provide digital-literacy training tailored to those who risk being left behind by an increasingly digital world.
The project's flagship result is a free, multilingual educational app — Senior Courses UP! (SCUP!), available in English, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian and Bulgarian — on which seniors follow self-paced IT courses from any internet-connected device; it was complemented by a transnational train-the-trainer course held in Cieszyn, Poland (February 2023) where adult educators designed curricula and created their own courses to publish in the app.
