Sport CALL for a Healthy Lifestyle
"Sport CALL for a Healthy Lifestyle" is an Erasmus+ Sport cooperation project (January 2025 – June 2026) coordinated by the Kasta Morrely Association in Romania, with partners in Türkiye, Portugal (IAFA) and Poland.
It combines sport with outdoor environmental education to promote healthy lifestyles, engaging at least 50 people across the four countries. In Barcelos, IAFA hosted the transnational partner meeting, a full Sport Focus Workshop Series, an inclusive Zumba activity and a community solidarity event.
Formally, the project is an Erasmus+ Sport Small-Scale Partnership (acronym "TALE"), an 18-month action. Its central activity is an international "Sport & Environment Fusion" boot camp combining relay games, football, martial arts, dance and orienteering, and one of its main outputs is a project booklet of outdoor-education methods for environmental education through sport. The transnational kick-off meeting in Barcelos was held on 8–9 February 2025.
